He's a highly successful college coach who has won a NCAA championship and has gone to a half dozen Final Fours and he'd bring a certain amount of respect in the locker room. At the very least, Tom Izzo is a big name and it's refreshing that the Cavs are making news that doesn't (directly) involve LeBron James or the LeBacle that ended the season.
